Main Responsibilities：

岗位职责：

Participate in the design and development of the shape and internal mechanical structure of AGV and automation products.

1、参与完成 AGV 及自动化设备的外形及内部机械结构的设计开发；

Participate in the design and development of special application tools forautomation products.

2、参与完成自动化集成项目的配套设备的设计开发；

Participate in the commissioning and structural improvement of AGV and automated production lines to form technical solutions.

3、参与完成 AGV 和自动化产线的调试和结构改善，形成技术解决方案；

Assist in the integration and analysis of the electronic control and software team.

4、协助电控软件小组的方案整合和分析。

Key Qualifications：

任职要求：

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related is preferred.More than 3 years relevant industry experience.

1、本科以上学历，专业要求机械或相关，3年以上相关行业经验；

Familiar with mechanic, hydraulics, pneumatics, transmissions, and design standar；Understand non-standard or automated equipment project management processes；Understand the basics of machining processes;Understand the basic principles of electrical control.

2、熟悉机械原理、液压、气动、传动以及设计标准化知识；了解非标或自动化设备项目管理流程；了解机械加工工艺基础知识；了解电气控制基本原理；

Skilled in using 3D and 2D graphics softwares，like solidworks, UG and CAD；

3、熟练使用Solidworks，UG及CAD等绘图软件；

With on-site automation equipment installation and commissioning skills;

4、具有现场自动化设备安装、调试技能；

Knowledge of industrial robots, AGV and other related automation products are preferred.

5、对工业机器人， AGV 等相关自动化产品了解者优先。

Salary: 6K-14K / month

Main Responsibilities：

Feasibility analysis and nuclear price evaluation in the early stage of automated non-standard equipment projects;

1、自动化非标设备项目前期的可行性分析、核价评估；

Develop tooling plans and technical requirements for new projects.Assisting mechanical engineers to optimize the discussion of design；

2、制定新项目的工装方案及技术要求，参与方案评审工作；协助机械工程师对设计的讨论优化；

Design electronic and electrical automation control systems, electrical drawing, electrical control cabinet design, electrical component selection according to customer's engineering needs;

3、根据客户的工程需求，设计电子及电气自动化控制系统，电气图纸绘制、电气控制柜设计、电气部件选型；

Design and draw electronic and electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, electrical control cabinets and layout drawings; PLC program programming, debugging

4、设计绘制电子及电气原理图、布线图、电控柜以及布局图；PLC 程序编程、调试；

Electronic and electrical component selection and bill of materials output

5、电子及电气部件选型和物料清单输出；

Independently carry out the overall design and selection of the entire project of the project, and debug the system later;

6、独立进行工程项目整个系统进行整体设计、选型，后期对系统进行调试；

Installation and commissioning of field equipment and on-site technical support;

7、现场设备的安装、调试指导工作以及现场技术支持工作；

Support sales, pre-sales program, support the pre-sales phase of the electrical part topology design;

8、支持销售，售前方案，支持售前阶段电气部分拓扑结构方案设计；

Key Qualifications：

任职要求：

Bachelor degree or above, major in Control Engineering orMechanical & Electrical Integration or related is preferred.More than 3 years relevant industry experience

1、本科以上学历，专业要求控制工程，机电一体化等专业，3年以上相关行业经验；

Familiar with PLC hardware design, familiar with electrical component specifications, able to independently select hardware

2、熟悉 PLC 硬件设计，熟悉电气元器件规格，能够独立进行硬件选型；

Familiar with PLC programming, programming, on-site debugging

3、熟悉PLC 程序设计，编程，现场调试；

Familiar with SIEMENS PLC, etc., familiar with E-Plan, CAD and other graphics software

4、熟悉 SIEMENS PLC 等， 熟悉E-Plan, CAD 等制图软件；

Basically master all kinds of non-standard automated tooling mechanical, electrical control, processing and debugging knowledge.Proficiency in 2D 3D design software;

5、基本掌握各类非标自动化工装的机械、电控、加工调试知识，熟练运用二维三维设计软件；

Familiar with the development process of the entire non-standard automation equipment, with the priority of automation technology research and promotion, continuous improvement and standardization awareness

6、熟悉整个非标自动化设备的开发过程，具有自动化技术研究和推广能力、持续改进及标准化意识的优先；

Mission-oriented, results-oriented, stress-resistant, responsible, courageous to take on challenges, quickly adapt to the startup environment

7、任务导向，结果导向，抗压能力，责任感，勇于承担挑战，快速适应初创公司环境；

Those with AGV experience are preferred, and those with English level 4 or higher are preferred

8、有 AGV 经验者优先考虑，英语四级以上者优先考虑
